Energy Balance Massage
Energy balance massage involves a series of light touch movements that flow into another. The aim of an Energy Balance massage is to create a dynamic flow of energy throughout the body which will be like a running river, break through blockages and move stagnant energy, & remove blocked/negative energy that contributes to physical, mental and emotional disturbances. The technique also incorporates a systematic balancing of the major Chakras of the body.
Within a few minutes of commencing, the client will begin to feel a sense of “ letting go” mentally and physically into the flow of movement. By the end of the session, they will feel a deep sense of relaxation, inner peace and calm as the physical, mental and emotional bodies have become integrated. The long term benefits of the treatment may see specific and significant improvements in physical, mental and emotional health, or simply produce a heightened sense of well-being.
Chiropractor and Masseur Mark Brown from Woodend in Victoria, developed the Energy Balance Massage technique and it is a recognized modality of the Australian Holistic Healers and Counsellors Association.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage originated in India over 1000 years ago ,this form of massage works on the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, face, ears & scalp. Indian Head Massage is great for relieving tension, releasing anxiety and reducing stress in our everyday lives.
It stimulates the scalp, circulation, encourages strength & growth of hair. Relaxes muscles, eases headache, migraine and relieve sinusitis. Indian Head massage also relaxes and soothes the face, stimulates lymph drainage and re-balances energy flow, giving tranquility and peace. It also eliminates muscle tension in neck and shoulders, stretching and restoring joint movement, eliminates toxins and gets rid of waste material by stimulating circulation, and also boosts the immune system.
Indian Head Massage will result in a number of health benefits for the client and healing can take place. A treatment takes 30-45 minutes and is done with client seated and fully clothed.
